Return Policy

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it under the 10 Day Exchange Policy.

We can provide you with a store credit, which you can use to purchase other products on our website.

 

If your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:

  • Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.
  • Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.

At Pixels and a Pen, utmost care is taken to ensure your purchased goods are well packed before it is dispatched. We take measures to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. However due to the delicate nature of these products, in rare circumstances, items can arrive damaged. We are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damages of products in transit. But we will make contact with the relevant courier to track your package or initiate a claim for lost products.

In case of damaged products, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products by email to [email protected] notifying us of any damage to the product.

Please follow these steps if you have received damaged items.

  1. Email [email protected] with your (Order number)_returns in the subject field (within 24 hours of receipt of the products).
  2. Describe in detail the damage to your product and attach photographic evidence showing the damage to the product.

We will contact on within 24 hours to initiate your refund or send a replacement item as required by you. We do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:

Please note that the cost of returning the product to pixelsandapen.com is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Upon return, the article will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. The posters/merchandise must be returned in their original mailing tube/cases, and in their original packaging (where possible).

We offer a refund of the purchased amount on your original method of payment. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account statement depending on your bank. Please ensure that the products are not used, soiled or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.
